You do! When you purchase a tree, you become its sole owner. You receive an official ownership certificate as proof. The tree grows on our partner farmland, but the ownership is completely yours. You can even transfer your tree to someone else if you wish.

Within 7 days of planting, you can cancel for a full refund if the tree hasn't been planted yet. Once planted, refunds are not available, but you can transfer ownership to another person. If a tree fails due to natural causes, we replant it at no cost to you.

Returns vary based on tree type and market conditions. Generally, trees mature in 5-12 years and can provide estimated returns of 12-18% over the full cycle. Please note that like all nature-based investments, returns are subject to market fluctuations and natural factors.

Absolutely! You'll receive monthly photos of your tree directly on the app, along with GPS location. If you'd like to visit in person, you can schedule an appointment to see your tree and the plantation. Your tree, your connection to nature.

Yes! PlantMyTree is a registered Farmer Producer Company, compliant with all applicable agricultural regulations. We are eligible for various government schemes and maintain complete transparency with KYC verification for all investors.
